Adam Nuszen
Mar 12, 1983 - Nov 3, 2015
Adam is my oldrest of 3 children. He made me a Mommy. The greatest gift of all. Adam had an optimistic view of the world. He would marvel at the awe and wonder of the universe. He was a loyal friend and loved his family. Adam was a prolific writer and philosopher. He expressed himself through music. He was shy, modest and senstive.
At the age of 22, he experienced his first delusional breakdown. Many hospital visits ensued. On and off meds, he turned to self medicating. Ultimately, 10 years later, while in rehab, heroin took his life.
All of his life, Adam asked us to LOOK UP- there is so much you will miss if you don’t look up. Our last conversation, the night before he died, was to remember to LOOK UP even when you are feeling down. And so, we LOOK UP in memory and in honor of all of our angels.
