My daughter, Danielle, struggled with her significant other over many toxic issues. She wanted the basic American dream and had aspirations and goals.
She had a very hard time after her dad died and I believe this is when she began using drugs. Her use of drugs became progressively worse.
But what is more important to know about my daughter is that she had a heart of gold. She was compassionate, loving, kind, family oriented, wanted acceptance and wanted a man to love her unconditionally. She was beautiful and tended to be a perfectionist.
Danielle loved to draw in color and work with children. At one point, she was a teaching assistant. That is until drugs got in the way.
I miss her every day. She was my daughter, my friend and my most responsible child. I always thought my son wasn’t strong and Danielle was the strong one. Life can be funny.
I miss the Danielle that was not who she became and took drugs. I see my beautiful little girl.
I love her forever.
