Kevin graduated Walkerville High School in 2006 and was a huge part of the Walkersville High School Soccer Team and also played for the Frederick County Soccer Club. He worked at Quality Car Services in Rockville, Maryland. He wore many hats and was always up for a challenge. Kevin could accomplish anything when he put his mind to it. His generous heart and spirit were always there to support his friends and family.
Kevin had the largest, brightest smile that would light up a room. Anyone that met him walked away a better person just from having met him. Kevin also had a very artistic side. His talents were endless. He loved to draw but especially loved pottery. He loved to surprise his family by cooking a meal for them. His family and friends meant the world to him and he will be terribly missed.
Kevin was a very kind soul who always had a smile on his face and a sparkle in his eyes. Most important to him was his family and his closest friends. If you had the opportunity to meet Kevin, you wouldn’t forget him because he was kind to you, listened to you, made you laugh or gave of himself with a hug, a gift, a kind word or a meal.
Sadly, Kevin had an addiction for over a decade. I always stayed positive that he would overcome this evil disease, but he lost his battle with addiction.
I am very happy and blessed to have had a close relationship with my son. I am heartbroken. I miss many things about Kevin. His heart, his smile, his handsome face and our conversations are just a few. I especially miss the future we were supposed to have and the one Kevin was suppose to have.
